Issue Problems with webserver

Hi everybody!

Hope you can help me. I am not very familiar with linux. So I installed a Ubuntu 16.04. with Plesk 17.5.3. Update 10. MYSQL 5.7.18. OK I start with my website "it-karlsruhe.de". But the webserver does not answer:

curl -I [1]IT-Karlsruhe – Just another WordPress site
curl: (7) Failed to connect to [2]www.it-karlsruhe.de port 80: Connection
refused

So I checked the firewall. Fine. But what can do? Is there any chance to test the apache? Or what can I do. Please hel me

As far as I see site it-karlsruhe.de works fine now. Have you fixed it?
