Program for Uninstallation

I really confused which category of Plesk version should i start this thread , but it's about for Plesk 10.X .

Yesterday I installed about Plesk 9 X on my windows server 2003 server machine . Installation about goes well. But when i try to login Admin , it gives me error about some function did not found . So I register for Plesk 10 X version and downloaded Plesk Installer for 10x . Plesk Installer loaded about 20 min for updates and files so on . Finally installer said installation complete with errors. But i still could not reach Admin panel ,it gives error.

Now I uninstalled Plesk with Plesk 9X installation files . So I thought I purged all of plesk on my system so i try to install plesk 10X with installer as a new. But when i check on installer; i still see Parallels Panel Components .Install as new Plesk button is dis-active .Just allowed me to add new component to system .

Can someone really help me , how i can completely purge Plesk component without make format ?

When i try to install modules, it gives this error :

After Huge Post-Back replies and helps ; I decided to best solution for uninstall Plesk from system is Formatting . PROBLEM FIXED !
