promotional footer missing

Hello,

None of the sites that I've built have the promotional footer.

Under License Management
Ability to place promotional footers on sites X (actually a green check)

Under Users > Plans >
I've created a footer for each plan

What else do I need to do to make the footer work?

Content from promotional footer section of the plan should be displayed on all site pages, including the second-level pages of Sitebuilder modules, below the page content area. The promotional content you include here is displayed to all users assigned to this service plan, and to their dependent users.
Did you try to create new site and check it there?

From early on, I added a promotional footer on all plans in
Users > Plans > Promotional Footers

Yes, I have created trial and real sites, none of them have the footer. :-(
Should the footer show on trial sites as well? Assuming the plan has a footer. All my plans have the same powered by footer.
