protected directories - directories are not created

Hi

i would like to use the "protected directories" on my Plesk 8.1.1 / Windows System.

After opening and creating the directories in the Plesk panel the directories DO NOT appear in the httpdocs.

i checkd allready the IIS / ISAPI Filters tab ist all ok.

What ist The Problem?

Pleas give me some help its very bad situation.
