Protected Directories

Hi

I have a problem with the protected directories created in plesk.

The directories are created but not really protected. There is no question for a password.

I saw in the admin-manual of plesk that there should be a section called 'Directory location' when you create a new protected directory. There should be two checkboxes called 'Non-SSL' and 'SSL'.

I just don't have this section.
Does anyone have the same problem or better does anyone have a solution?

Yes ý have that problem like you ....The plesk control panel has very mistakes...

And now my server down becauseof the plesk's mistakes

Contact Plesk support. I had the same issue and they fixed it for me.
