This issue reffers to PSA 8.2.0 running on Debian 4.0 i386. I do not know if this is the care for other versions, too.

The package psa depends on the psa-php4-configurator packages, please see below:

Package: psa

Description: Plesk Interface and Utilities
Plesk is used to provide a web-based interface for setup and
control of a complete virtual hosting environment on one server.
It can be used to control the use of qmail, proftp, apache, bind, as well
as other packages: mysql, frontpage, phpmyadmin, imp-webmail, and
webalizer. It offers three levels of administration: Admin
(owner/operator of the server), Client (owner of domains) and Domain.
Important!!! After package is installed, run web-browser with address
https://<hostname>:8443/ and complete the initial setup.

However, the file http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_8.2.0/plesk-8.2.0-deb4.0-i386.inf3 does not contain any
reference to this psa-php4-configurator package.

This means that when you make a local mirror for the PSA 8.2.0 with the following command:

lotus:/var/tmp# ./psa_installer_v3.2.0_build070705.20_os_Debian_4.0_i386 --select-release-id PLESK_8_2_0 --mirror-os plesk-8.2.0-deb4.0-i386.inf3 --target /var/tmp/mirror/

you will not get all the PSA required packages needed for a local installation.

You have to manually download and copy the psa-php4-configurator package to its location.

Edit: nevermind, I can use the newer 8.2 auto installer to do a 8.1.1 mirror with no errors.

Do you have a link to the psa-php4-configurator package?
