PSA problems after restoring from backup

So I have a question that I haven't been able to find an answer for anywhere on the net. I have RH9, and was running Plesk 7.1.4 before my server crashed. Had the server rebuilt, and when it was Plesk 7.5.0 was put on. Then I restored my backup of the entire server which contained Plesk 7.1.4, so now I have a problem, I cannot access / (root) on my server. I have an index.php under /psa/admin/htdocs, I ran the chgrp command only to be told that psaadm is not a valid group.

I have also run out of space on / because of the download folders have taken up all the space. PSA_7.1.2 PSA_7.1.3 PSA_7.1.4 PSA_7.1.6 PSA_7.5.1 are all the current folders under /root/psa/. Can I just delete these folders and Plesk will still run ok, given I have fixed the access problem?

Yes, you can delete:

PSA_7.1.2 PSA_7.1.3 PSA_7.1.4 PSA_7.1.6 PSA_7.5.1

They are just installation files which aren't required.
