Hi,

if I do a single domain restore with following command:

/usr/local/psa/bin/psarestore --single-domain-mode -f BACKUPFILE --domain-name DOMAINNAME --domain-ip DOMAINIP --client-login CLIENTLOGIN

I get the following error.

Error: destination ip address type is differ from source ip address type in dump.

The IP is correct. Dunno what to do :/

The original server has set an ip type. Its exclusive or shared. The ip must have the same type at the new server.

Yeah but I'm just trying to restore to the same server... the IP is exclusive and hasn't changed. I don't know why in the dump file it would be any different.

Hi Guys,

give it a try to use the Mapping files and change the exclusive IP to use as a shared IP. I think this will works for you...
