  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

How do I fix this?

For new subscriptions in plesk set up with wordpress using gravity forms
Plesk is not hosting the DNS.
Plesk is not hosting the email.

Email from web forms sent to a Google hosted email account is turning the error below.

A PTR (reverse DNS) record for your hostname must be set in the routers of your data center. Many data centers allow you to do that in their control panels. This is something that needs to be done outside the Plesk server.
