Issue Public IP wrong

Hello all,
i have a strange problem.

I have a VPS with OVH, OS is Centos 8 with plesk.

Server default ip is: 141.94.xx.xx and IP assign to interdace eth0 is same.

I buy addition 4 IP... for strange issue when server reboot change the public IP from primary to one of 4 other IP, but the IP assign to eth0 remain 141.94.xx.xx

Is possible assign the same public IP in centos or plesk?

Because this cause at me also a license issue.
