Iv'e completed the steps in the site builder and publish only to recieve this error:

Cannot publish site because the publishing location status is 'Error'.
Details:
There is either a problem with connecting to the HTTP server specified in the web site URL, or the web site URL does not correspond to the specified publishing location

HTTP response code: 404.

I get this same error when I try to publish. I have been seeking a solution to this. I bet its somethings simple. Can someone help us?
