  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

I have a reseller account with HostNine and just use it to host some websites that i have.

i decided to test site builder out yesterday and ran into the problem where it wont publish.

Hi,

i bought a reseller account because i host all the sites that i have created.
I decided to try this site building thing but it is driving me crazy as it wont publish it.

i followed your instructions by making a new user etc but i got this error:

Cannot find site files at http://viscotherapy.co.uk/. The specified site URL does not match the other publication settings.

*crys*

viscotherapy.co.uk was the test site where i was trying to publish the site into a folder called /test/

the reseller account it at www.sumariohosting.net (dont mind the unfinished, poor quality site - was not interested really in selling more accounts, only for clients :) )

Thank you in advance.

How would i go about to fix this problem so i can publish a site?

Thank you.

Please check Sitebuilder documentation for similar error:
http://download1.swsoft.com/SiteBuilder/3.0.2/doc/admin/en_US/index.htm
-> Managing Hosts -> Requirements to Host.
I can suggest you to check publication settings. For example, if you try to publish into /test/ folder for viscotherapy.co.uk domain, you need specify following URL: http://viscotherapy.co.uk/test/
Also hostname which is set for this site should be the same host where viscotherapy.co.uk domain is located and resolved to.
Hope this information and documentation help you to configure everything correctly.
