I just Purchased an:
Parallels Desktop Support Chat Package English (3-incident)

Still I have no support-Code in "My Account".
I can't find any "Support" to "support" my Supportpurchase ...

I just got an order Confirmation with an Ordernumber.
The mentioned findmyorder.com does not know my Ordernumber.

What can I do so?
