• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

If I click on "forgot password" I enter my data and I click on send, then I'll get the following error:

Not Found
The requested URL /login_up.php3&rc=0&rc_mess=RGFzIFBhc3N3b3J0IHd1cmRlIGVyZm9sZ3JlaWNoIGFuIGRpZSBFLU1haWwtQWRyZXNzZSBmcmFtaXhAdGJ3aWwuY2ggZ2VzZW5kZXQu was not found on this server.

Suprisingly, 30s later I've got the mail.

Why's that?

Was there a resolution/explanation?

I am having the same experience on my Plesk 8.0 server.

Was there ever any explanation or recommended fix here?

Many thanks,

Troy

Resolution: Problem solved with 8.0.1 Upgrade

After a successful upgrade to Plesk 8.0.1 we not longer get the error when sending a forgotten password.
