.qmail being overwritten

for some reason, at 3:50am some mornings, all of my .qmail files are being overwritten with the std plesk version (presumably by a plesk update task).

i need this to not happen, or to know where i can put .qmail changes where they will not be overwritten.

I've the same problem since some days. I don't get this "spontaneous" behavior.
I just set the files immutable... let's see, if it works.
