qmail delivery 630: deferral: Unable_to_switch_to_/var/qmail/mailnames

We recently moved servers using migration manager from plesk 8.0 to 8.1.
After migration we noticed the error

"delivery 630: deferral: Unable_to_switch_to_/var/qmail/mailnames"

At a first stage, we change the permission of the sites that were having troubles, and everything went ok. Now over the sudden it started to show again in some sites.

I have look into forums but no big luck.

Anyone had the same issue?
