• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

QMAIL: Don't want to use virtualdomains and rcpthost

Hi

On my plesk server no email and dns services are used (this is all centralized on another server) and i'm sending all the outgoing mails through a smarthost (entry in smtproutes file).

I've done this http://kb.swsoft.com/article_22_418_en.html
and it works well.

But the problem is that each new domain i create in plesk has an entry in virtualdomains and rcpthosts, so i have to edit this file each time manually if someone creates a new domain in plesk. Is there some way to prevent plesk from doing this entries or even to disable all email functionality for domains by default?

greets + thx for help
