Qmail dropping mail to wrong mailbox?

well;

today one of the users reported that he receives others emails on the same box.

[email protected] was receiving a copy of the mail sent to [email protected]!! where dom1 and dom2 belongs to different clients

i had checked the password hashes they were totally different...

well when we changed the password for [email protected] ,and [email protected] issue resolved.

however i still cant undestand how this issue can happen even if 2 mailboxes has the same password


any ideas?
