qmail outgoing ip address

Hello all!

I would like to configure qmail to send outgoing mail with different ip-addresses which are where my domains reside. I've found the patch which add this feature (http://www.digitaldaemon.com/FreeBSD/qmail/index.html) and instruction how to compile my own Qmail:

but last one is obsolete!…

Could you please update it for version 10?

as IgorG mentioned in another post you can use 9.5 (9.3) documentation. there were no changes in plesk-qmail package since theire he said
