• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hi,

How do you re-install drweb after reinstalling qmail? Its no longer called drweb-qmail, there are 3 drweb RPMs.

Many thanks

Hello,

You can see the following article in order to find about how to reinstall DrWeb:

http://kb.odin.com/en/252

If this will not resolve the issue please rovide us with the names of DrWeb packages that are currently installed on your server.

From my experience - you just need to:

# rpm -Uvh --force drweb-*

# rpm -Uvh --force psa-drweb-configurator*

Hello,

As far as I can see, there are four (bases do not count) drweb packages in Parallels Plesk Panel 9.2:

[root@plesk92 ~]# rpm -qa | grep drweb
drweb-base-5.0.1-0
drweb-common-5.0.1-0plesk
drweb-updater-5.0.1-0plesk
drweb-daemon-5.0.1-0plesk
psa-drweb-configurator-9.2.2-cos5.build92090714.19
drweb-bases-5.0.1-0

Therefore, I assume that you need to reinstall them all to reinstall DrWeb for sure.

Regards,
Denis.
