Qmail Quota questions

hi guys...

have some questions..

do any of your user have this problem such that when their mail box is full (breached quota), they won't be able to..

1) send mail
2) download mail

for (1), the space that sent mail takes up, is it inclusive within the quota given?

for (2), meaning to say, when they try to download (send/receive) mail, nothing comes through.. just because it got clogged?

The send of the email and the download email are not related to the quota in any way.

hmm thats weird, cos right now when my users' mailboxes hit the quota, they won't be able to download it via POP3 but rather they have to go webmail to clear it then they are able to proceed..

is that a norm?
