qmail says: 451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing

Hello,

I'm getting this error from qmail and its not letting me send mail through;

451 Requested action aborted: local error in processing

It apparently happens when one connects from an IP that is from a block in which IPs are are dynamically assigned.

Secondly, smtp auth is selected in plesk pannel, yet qmail doesn't ask for it.

Need help and insight into the matter

'Requested action aborted' is not a thing qmail would say on failed RBL checks. it seems that there something wrong with qmail itself. it would be better to check logs (/var/log/messages, /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog) for more info and verify permissions on binaries in /var/qmail/bin.

as to authentification -- qmail does not ask it if IP is in white-list.
