qmail-spp failure

Hello,

Since upgarding to Plesk 12.0.18, I started recieving calls from clients complaining that they are unable to send emails.
This is the error they receieve

451 qmail-spp failure: plugins/chkrcptto: can't execute (#4.3.0)

I ran /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk without any success.

Any suggestions?

Thanks I had already ran through that KB when I first saw the problem.

I removed /dev/full and re created it, but that did not help at the time.
I then rebooted the server and everything seems to be working now.
