Hi I can see numbers like 18-user@host.com in the logfiles and in a field in the headers name Delivered-To.

What are these numbers made for ?

Is it a Plesk trick or is it from qmail ?

    Thanks.

The qmail you're using is built by SWsoft though and could have been configured in another way. I believe the prefix is used to prevent mail loops.

If you'd like to compile your own qmail take a look at http://kb.swsoft.com/article_22_1161_en.html for Plesk's patches.

I won't compile qmail since I'm not skilled enough in MTA's and I don't need to recompile it.

    Thanks for the link btw.
