Question about Plesk 11.0.9 critical security update MU23

fran@

Basic Pleskian
I appreciate that Parallels Plesk releases a malware removal tool about 10 months after the February attack, but I just read the information released about Plesk 11.0.9 MU#23 and the malware removal tool, and I can't figure how it'll work:

We have upgraded the servers that had Plesk 9.x and 10.x in February to Plesk 11.0.9.
I understand that they might still be hidden malware waiting to be exploited, and It'd be neat to be able to remove it.

My first question is:
Will the malware removal tool be ran automatically after the MU#23 update or will it be made available for us to run manually?

I know Parallels has improved the quality of their MU, but before applying #23 i'd like to know ho this malware removal tool works and will there be any impact on the live sites if any malware is found and removed ?
Do we have any control about what it does?

The 8.x and 9.x php scripts are encrypted: No way to check.

/Fran
