Question on outgoing mail limits

Hello,

Does outgoing mail limits work when the client sends mail out through their ISP's SMTP server and not via my server?

Limits works only in case of sending emails through Plesk server with enabled outgoing mail limits feature.
If you send emails through external server, it knows nothing about your Plesk outgoing mail limits.
