Issue RDC into windows Plesk server, can't download software because only two admin accounts are shown

Plesk version and microupdate number

Obsidian 18.0.55

Only 2 admin accounts are shown when I try to download software onto my machine /nydus and /PleskAdministrator. How can I find the credentials to these accounts so I can install the required software? I added my account as an admin user but it is still saying I am just a "local user".

I'm not sure if you're using a VPS of some sort or bare metal or self hosted VM but when you've first set up the server you would had created an administrator account, you could just use that account if need admin rights or make a new standard user account if you do not need admin rights. (I always recommended having less perms if at all possible).
