• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Re-issue Let's Encrypt Certificate

Aymania

New Pleskian
Greetings,

I am extremely new to Plesk.

I have a domain managed by Plesk with Let's Encrypt SSL, I want to include the Wildcard SSL for subdomains as it's now supporting only the main domain. I went through the Re-Issue process and I have selected all options. Plesk then created the TXT record and I can see it under the DNS settings. However, when I check the domain TXT record (I am using TXT lookup from mxtoolbox.com) it returns nothing. I assumed it will take time to reflect the update but unfortunately, it didn't work even I wait for more than an hour.

I have tried deploying that on another domain I have in Plesk but DNS managed by Godaddy and it went all perfect in few minutes.

Any Idea?

Thanks
