Is it possible to allow reseller accounts to reband their version, and their client's version of Plesk?

By default if reseller has permission to log in the control panel (Reseller > Permissions under Account), he has item "Control Panel Branding" and "Interface preferences" in his/her control panel where he/she can upload logo, select skin and etc
