Recompile PHP4 with ports (Unassociated shell command)

Hello,

i want to recompile php5 true ports (freebsd 6.2 and Plesk 8.2)
I changed the Makefile in /usr/ports/lang/php5/ because i added some extra arguments.

On my test machine there was no problem, i used the command "make install clean". restart apache and done.

But on the production machine i get an error:

"/usr/ports/swsoft/php5/../../lang/php5/Makefile", line 42: Unassociated shell command "--infodir=/usr/local/info/ --enable-zip"
make: fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

Does somebody see it before or have any idea where to look?
