What on earth do I need to do/change to get it to chmod 3 files like that... looks like a syntax error, or the system doesnt have something installed to make it reconize it... dunno.

Have you had any resolution to this? I am experiencing the same issue.

Denis, thanks for the info, but i'm attempting to use the bundled billing install. According to the user docs it is supposed to have more "integration" with the Plesk panel. I have submitted a support ticket regarding this issue.
