Issue Recovering Rejected Mails

New Pleskian
Hi everyone,

I've rent a dedicated server managed with plesk, but email was managed externally by another host.

Unfortunately by default email service was enabled and all email sent through my website (ex. forms) in a week seem to be lost. 165 email (from postfix deamon log) from potential customer, lost!

(here an example from log)

Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix/pickup[30971]: D922E15E17FF: uid=10000 from=<admin>
Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix/cleanup[3625]: D922E15E17FF: message-id=<[email protected]>
Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix/qmgr[7941]: D922E15E17FF: from=<[email protected]>, size=2239, nrcpt=1 (queue active)
Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix-local[3629]: postfix-local: [email protected], [email protected], dirname=/var/qmail/mailnames
Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix-local[3629]: Unknown user: [email protected]
Jul 15 16:10:13 557479 postfix/pipe[3628]: D922E15E17FF: to=<[email protected]>, relay=plesk_virtual, delay=0.03, delays=0.02/0/0/0.01, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (delivered via plesk_virtual service)

This happens because the email service was active but was no email address set.
Furthermore, the option about "how to do" in case of "non-existing address" was set to REJECT too. (by default)

According to you, there is a bit possibility (a queue still active, another log, or a mails cemetery (???), or other)
for recover my emails, ore more data for recontacting customers?

thank you a lot for your help.
