Question Redirect only web, keep emails

What is the best way to redirect only the website to another server's IP address but keep the emails in Plesk for Windows?
I did it using A and CNAME records in the DNS but an error appears indicating that the domain cannot be resolved and the LetsEncrypt certificates fail. Thanks
