• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

hello, i have a old web that use globals var ina a subdomain: https://app.domain.com

in /subdomain/app/conf i have a file vhost_ssl.conf with:

<Directory /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/subdomains/app/httpsdocs>
php_admin_value register_globals on
</Directory>

but no work.

only work changing in php.ini register_globals = on, but is very insecure.

sorry for my english.

Three things:
  • Are you sure you really want to do this? is there not a new version of your app that you can upgrade to that doesn't require register globals? - it's a bit PHP3
  • You probably need to use 'php_admin_flag' as it is an on/off setting (i.e. a flag)
  • Have you ran '/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng -a' (manually stop and start your webserver if it still doesn't work)
