Reimport configurations after reinstalling Plesk

I recently reinstalled my Plesk Panel 12.0.18 after several failures, which I wasn't able to repair (not even bootstrapper.sh would work). All of my websites weren't accessible, the connection between websites and the Database server didn't work and the Plesk backend was unavailable, too. I used the autoinstaller via command line to make a new Plesk installation.
Now I have a clean panel, the websites are available again, the MySQL database works again, but I don't have all my settings and websites in the Plesk backend anymore.

My question is: How can I get the old settings/configurations, which are still on the server, back in to Plesk?

Did you backup the PSA database before re-installing plesk?

No. I didn't have a way to do this, because the the panel wasn't accessible and I couldnt find a way to do this via command line.

Normally when you run the autoinstaller, if plesk detects another installation, then it just upgrades the current...AM not sure what happened and how you re-installed a fresh with already an existent Plesk ..

Never the less, you can use the Plesk Panel -> Tools & Settings -> Database Server Management -> Web DB Admin and choose PSA database ..Go through the tables, and if you don't find any data / records in them, then it means you've lost it ...
