Reinstall wordpress without losing data

My wordpress is messed up and i would like to reinstall it but don't want to lose data, is this possible to achieve?

WordPress provide the ability to export your website content, just go on the page https://yoursite.ltd/wp-admin/export.php. Then you will also be able to import it on another wordpress instance.

Images can be imported automatically if you haven't removed the previous wordpress instance. But for users, it will be pretty hard.

That's what the WordPress Toolkit is for. Just click "Sync" on your staging site and import files only.
