Rejecting an e-mail address server wide?

Is it possible to reject an individual e-mail address server wide?

I've tried using SpamAssassin black list but all it does is tag the e-mail with my ** SPAM ** text. I've tried using the Server-wide mail perferences but it will only reject entire domains and not an individual address which isn't of any use.
