Relay All Outbound Mail To Another Server

How would I forward all outgoing mail to another mail relay/server? Do I have to hack plesk's qmail to do this? Any help would be great!

Create a file named 'smtproutes' in /var/qmail/control.

FQDN:

Code:

:my.other-relay.domain.com

IP Address:

Code:

:[1.2.3.4]

Then restart qmail.

/etc/init.d/qmail restart
