Release Notes 10.x missing since #52

Panel version 10.4.4 Update #54

Noticed that the panel was updated today, and Postfix had been shutdown and not restarted. The "Panel was updated" hyperlink given (http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...el-10-linux-updates-release-notes.html#104452) has not been updated since MU#52. Is there a new location for the release notes for the last two updates?

I notice a reduction in overall server RAM usage which has been great!
