Remote Admin for SiteBuilder

ok I installed sitebuilder using rpm on my server.
When I go to Plesk : Modules :
There is the same icon "remote admin for sitebuilder"
There is a space for server address, user and password which defaults to
***some ip address***/remote_admin/
user: radmin
password: ****

Question: Ive tried different entries and am not sure what goes here. Nothing in manual that I can find yet.

Also how do i get to the admin page of sitebuilder. I cant seem to find it.
