Issue remote backup not working

Hello;

I am using Debian 9 and Plesk 17.8.11 and i have set up backup and remote back to digital ocean spaces since 2 days now spaces is still empty nothing has been sent there even though incremental backup happens daily by 23:00PM.

How do i fix this?

no error just that my DO spaces is empty... like schedule backups are not sent

backup is started and already in progress for 2 days now
