Issue Remote backups on Amazon S3 does NOT work in region eu-south-1

Tested on:
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.27
Ubuntu 18.04.4

The remote backups on Amazon S3 does NOT work in region eu-south-1
No problems at all with other region in USA or Europe, but not working on region eu-south-1 (Milan)
Any workaround for that?
