My hosting provider have Windows for Plesk 8.2, i need to restore my mssql database.

As i know Migration utility accesably only localy from server where plesk was setuped? Ofcouse i havent access to hoster`s server, so how can i resotre my databases?

Unfortunately, Plesk Migration Manager is accessible to Administrator's only.
