• The APS Catalog has been deprecated and removed from all Plesk Obsidian versions.
Applications already installed from the APS Catalog will continue working. However, Plesk will no longer provide support for APS applications.
  • Please be aware: with the Plesk Obsidian 18.0.78 release, the support for the ngx_pagespeed.so module will be deprecated and removed from the sw-nginx package.

Hi All!

1) How do I enable Remote SQL via Plesk?
2) How would I activate active error output on a subdomain?

Thank you!

Hello,

1. To register a remote database server with Parallels Plesk Panel:

1. Log in to Parallels Plesk Panel.
2. Go to Home > Database Servers (in the Server group), and click Add Database Server.
3. Specify the properties of the database server

Please, check the following documentation article for more information:

http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.0-administrators-guide/59428.htm

2. To display the errors, please, set

display_errors = On

at /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini, and restart Parallels Plesk Panel (PP) after that:

# /etc/init.d/psa restart

If you mean to customize Web Server Error Messages, please, review the following documentation:

http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PPP9/Doc/en-US/plesk-9.0-administrators-guide/59325.htm

Thank you
