Removing health monitor

EdwardG

New Pleskian
The feaure "health monitor" is sending way too many messages to the server administrator, and he's asked that it be turned off. In addition, I believe that sw-collectd is the memory hog that is causing health monitor to complain.

Can we turn off and uninstall health monitor and collectd? how?
