Removing 'Performance' icon

I'd really prefer to not have my clients messing with Bandwidth throttling on their domains but going through the preferences I do not see a way to disable this. Can't seem to find anything in the support docs either.

Is there a way to turn this off?

You can disable this option for the client in Plesk CP > Clients > client.name > Permissions.
