Rename domain?

How can i do rename domain with account admin?

Yes, i was tried: Logged in to Plesk > Account > Domain > My Domain > doen't look "Rename Domain"
 
domains > domain.tld

click on "domain administrator" drop down to see the rename domain option
 
Under "Domain Administrator Access" I not have the option "rename"

Do you have this option in Plesk 9.2 windows?
