Hi!
See doc in Lets Encrypt and dont have limit to renew SSL only 5 new SSL for week.

How fix issue renew SSL in Plesk. I have 2 important SSL expired.

=> OLD - fixed with the new Plesk Encrypt version.​

This indicates, that you still use the hostname from your server provider... am I correct here?
If this is the case, pls. note. that "SERVER-PROVIDER-DOMAIN-NAME.com" is the point where you could experience described issues, because there might be hundreds of subdomains ( i.e. vps123.*, vps456.*, vps789.* ... ) which request a certificate at the very same day. ;)

The module was update today 9h. Logs before this time working with old version.

Yes, domain master in my business, but have just 8 subdomains. expired SSL = 2.

Solution is to buy SSL without use Lets Encrypt, correct?

well... this is one solution.

I would recommend to use a hostname for a domain of your choice that YOU have control of. In this case you can be as well sure, that there are only (sub)domains requesting certificates form Let's Encrypt for domains that YOU control with Plesk. ;)
 
I have total control in the domain master. mydomain.com is my business and I use Lets Encrypt to subdomains.
This issue is reported and github... wating fix! DONT have limit to renews SSL

I don't want to disappoint you, but Plesk can't change the rules/limits from the Let's Encrypt authority, so from my point of view there can't be any "fix" from Plesk.:(
