Question Repair pass ?

Hello everyone

last night I have my Plesk which became inaccessible without doing anything I wanted to go to repair but my name and password did not work,
is it the password to access Plesk or is it another password? pass ?

How do you mean?

Generally you access Plesk with either the Admin or Root user.

I used my root and password in the popup window on the plesk error page to launch repair but impossible to access the window came back without accepting my accesses!
