Replacing Horde with Squirrelmail

So we replaced Horde with SquirrelMail pretty easily but in Plesk under the mail settings the dropdown still displays Horde as an option. Is there a database query we can run to change that to Squirrelmail. Or some other config setting somewhere?

Do you mean that you have registered SquirrelMail as external webmail service - http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP12/12.0/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/66411.htm ? In this case check 'externalWebmails' table in Plesk database.
Or default settings in 'Webmails' table:

mysql> select * from Webmails;
+----+------------+-----------+---------+-------------------------+--------------------------+---------+---------------+
| id | product_id | name | version | release | docroot | enabled | serviceNodeId |
+----+------------+-----------+---------+-------------------------+--------------------------+---------+---------------+
| 1 | horde | Horde | 6.2.9 | cos6.build1200150706.15 | /usr/share/psa-horde | true | 1 |
| 2 | roundcube | roundcube | 1.1.2 | cos6.build1200150707.12 | /usr/share/psa-roundcube | true | 1 |
